Are you ready for some football?

We were definitely ready for some football, but just the card game. About 2 weeks ago we went to a friends house in Pontiac and we learned a new card game. It was tons of fun. On our way home, we actually got busy calling everyone to see if we could come up with 20 people in order to play the game at our house (in our basement). Finding 20 willing people was easier than I thought! To play this game you had to have 5 teams.

Here are the teams:

Denver

Green Bay

Cleveland

Detroit

Washington

Denver was the winning team! They had the most flags in the end. The object of the game is to try to keep your flags and take from the other teams. The game is played kind of like euchre...but with the trump already picked for you.

We of course had to have a room set up downstairs for the kids as well. They were good to go with games and movies!
They had a lot of fun too!


What a great card game!
Everything turned out really good!
We can't wait to plan another party!

    The card game was fun, the food was good and I think everyone had a good time.

    We ended up having an extra person show up (and you can only have 20 people playing)... so Eric and I took turns. I played the 1st and 2nd quarter and he had the 3rd and 4th. He was just kind enough to snap some pictures for me before we started playing! WHAT A GUY!
